Melanie was our month-of coordinator and hiring her was one of the best decisions we've made. She is very organized, has great vendor relations and best of all she went out of her way to make sure we got a good deal from the different vendors and this was all before the wedding even started. On the wedding day, she was all over the place taking care of every little detail and making sure we got to enjoy the day. Our wedding was back in July and to this day we still get compliments on how nice and well organized it was and that was in large part thanks to Melanie's efforts. Â Hire her! I am a very type A person and appreciate attention to detail. The moment I met Melanie I knew she was the perfect person to assist us in making our vision come to fruition. She does not miss a detail. Before the wedding we met three times; after our initial consultation she emailed us a packet of information to fill out that outlined all of the details of the wedding. In addition, she helped us make decisions about specific aspects of the wedding that we really were not sure about. Her wealth of experiences makes her an expert on what does and does not work. She was on point at the rehearsal and after that I knew we were good to go and never worried about another thing! The day of the wedding I had some emails/questions coming my way from vendors and I just forwarded them to her and she took care of the details; I was able to focus on being with my friends and family and felt very calm all day long. Throughout the evening our wedding was on schedule and absolutely perfect!!! Melanie is the best! She coordinated our wedding and everything ran so smoothly! During the planning process, she thinks of EVERYTHING and really takes the time to make sure all your questions are answered. At the rehearsal, everyone commented about how she has such a great attitude-- very sweet but also very on top of everything-- perfect combination for a wedding coordinator! At the wedding, she made sure everything was perfect. She checked in with me throughout the night and went above and beyond with all the little details. She is seriously the best. Mel Montoya was absolutely heaven sent. She is meticulous, organized, demure, charismatic and always on time. Her love of Google docs and timelines won me over instantly. She was such a pleasure to work with and constantly was there to melt all of the stress away, I could not be more grateful.

I am a super type A personality and the second I met her for our first chat I knew she would be perfect for our same day coordination. She has that perfect balance of not being bored of weddings but also not being new at her job! She gave us great recommendations for the timeline that I would have never thought of that made the day run so much more smother than I could have imagined. She was prompt, professional and sweet throughout the whole process. The day of the wedding she made sure everything was more than perfect (and it was!!) After happily and quickly deciding that she would be perfect for our wedding coordination I had a separate meeting with her regarding our wedding invitations. I had a pretty good idea of what we would like for our invitations and Melanie was SO great at working with our budget but still making sure the invitation was nothing short of beautiful. I LOVE our invitations and multiple people commented on how beautiful they were. In this day and age where you can order everything online - including wedding invitations - the personalization for your BIG DAY really can't be beat :) I also highly highly recommend Mel for wedding invitations!!

Melanie was our "day of" wedding coordinator and I can't imagine not having her by my side. She did everything from calling my vendors a week ahead to confirm everything, she ran our rehearsal for us, she set everything up just as I imagined it, and she made sure everything went smoothly so I could enjoy the day. She even did a photograph guest book for me (took the pictures and printed them out so people could sign by their pictures).
Melanie is amazing!!! My fiance and I met with Melanie about a year and a half before our wedding and immediately agreed that she would be the perfect day of coordinator. Throughout the year and a half, Melanie was extremely responsive to my e-mails and questions and really helped with the planning process.
